Recycling

Perhaps the most preferred and environmentally friendly method of dealing with waste and garbage is recycled. Recycling is a term used to re-use materials, either in their original form or by breaking them down to their raw materials. Paper, glass, metal and a whole range of materials can be reused and recycled, which reduces the amount of waste that is dumped in landfills only. Many households now have recycling bins for the separation of these elements. But we can not be recycled to throw everything away, and it can often be expensive.

Much of our recycling is further added environmental costs in our waste disposal and environmental problems cause in many developing countries exporting this waste is shipped to abroad.

Landfill

Unfortunately, the majority of what we throw away in our rubbish bins ends up in landfills. A landfill is only a garbage dump, where items are stored permanently until the landfill is full, and then it is covered. Some elements in landfills slowly degraded, especially organic waste, but a lot of what is dumped in our landfills, can last for years and years.

However, landfills are not all bad news. The gases with rotting garbage is produced will now build as an energy source and many former landfills while unfit homes often harvested in natural parks or other have become green environments.
